About The Event

Artist Jim Fischer has reproduced over 60 of these extraordinary works using original materials. These works were originally done by James McNeill Whistler between 1877 and 1880 and shown in 1880. Currently scattered across the globe, many are now in very poor condition, most are kept in environmentally controlled vaults and rarely shown. The pastels in this exhibition bring all of these works together again for the first time since 1880 and in the pristine condition as shown at that time. This is an exhibition you won't want to miss!
