About The Event

Food writer and travel specialist, Stephanie Rizzolo, enthusaiastically demonstrates her pride for her heritage and Italian cuisine as a contributing writer for La Cucina Italiana, USA.  Growing up as a second generation Italian, her family's Neapolitan roots have had a great influence on her passion to share the ancient techniques and methosa of the rustic Italian kitchen.  Stpehanie offers immersive pasta making classes with a focus on regional shapes and the rich culture asociated with them.
